What Jacque wants this hypothetical central computer system to do is decide for example which resource should be used for what and how to create buildings and whatnot in the most efficient and sustainable way etc. by using logic, which computers can do more efficiently, assuming of course that the hardware and/or software isn’t defect. CIS countries could drop the U.S. dollar in financial settlements and start using their national currencies within the next few years, the Russian finance minister said on Friday.

Alexei Kudrin, who is also a Russian deputy prime minister, said the CIS heads of government had endorsed a plan to phase out the U.S. dollar.
