I have just started to learn TA. Most of the site which explains stock mkt thru TA uses Bar or candlestick chart and not close[line] chart. Sometime it so happens that bar or CS is below Moving Avg. but not the Close. What should one do? I would appriciate your answer

you need a bigger H&S pattern for that. That was in 2008 and the crash that followed in October was based on that pattern.
This pattern on the SPY is small that it is stock losses and not crash. at least not immediate crash.
