Owning a stock is owning a piece of a corporation. Corporations are required by law to increase their profits every year to make money for you, the stockholder. This makes it necessary for them to find ways of turning more profit every year no matter how much they pollute, brainwash people into buying their product more, cut corners on quality, have “planned obsolescence” so that the products break and you have to buy more, to outsource more jobs to 3rd world nations…cont.
